Our Commitment to You
At Beautiful Me, Glamour Hair, and Beautywarehouse, we take pride in the quality of every product we sell. If something is not right with your order, we want to know — and we will do our best to make it right.
Please read this policy carefully before requesting a return. It applies to all purchases made on this website across all three of our brands.

2. Return Eligibility
2.1 Time Window
Return requests must be submitted within 7 days of the date your order was delivered. We are unable to process any return or refund request made after this period — no exceptions.
If you are unsure of your delivery date, please refer to your order confirmation email or delivery tracking information.
2.2 Product Condition
To be accepted for a return, every item must be:
- Unopened — the original factory seal must be fully intact and unbroken
- Unused — the product must not have been applied, tested, worn, or altered in any way
- In its original packaging — including all labels, protective wrapping, and any inserts or accessories that came with the product
We inspect every returned item upon receipt. If a product does not meet all three conditions above, the return will be declined and the item returned to you at your cost.
2.3 Proof of Purchase
All return requests must be accompanied by proof of purchase — your order confirmation email or order number. We cannot process returns without this.
3. How to Request a Return
Do not send any item back to us without first contacting us and receiving written authorisation. Unauthorised returns will not be accepted or processed.
To start a return, follow these steps:
Step 1 — Contact Us Within 7 Days Email us at support@beautifulme.com or call +233 24 468 0182 within 7 days of delivery.
Step 2 — Provide Your Details In your message, include:
- Your full name
- Order number or confirmation email
- The product(s) you wish to return
- Your reason for returning
Step 3 — Wait for Authorisation Our team will review your request and respond within 2 business days with either an approval and return instructions, or an explanation if your request does not meet our return criteria.
Step 4 — Send the Item Back Once approved, carefully repackage the item in its original packaging and send it to the address provided in our response. We recommend using a trackable delivery service. We are not responsible for items lost or damaged in transit during return.
Step 5 — Receive Your Refund or Exchange Once we receive and inspect the item, we will process your refund or exchange within 3-14 business days.
4. Refunds
4.1 How Refunds Are Processed
Approved refunds will be returned to your original payment method — whether that is Mobile Money (MoMo), Visa, or another payment method used at checkout.
We do not offer cash refunds.
4.2 Refund Timeframe
Once your return has been received and approved:
- We will process the refund within 3-7 business days
- Please allow an additional 3 business days for the amount to reflect in your account, depending on your bank or mobile money provider
4.3 Partial Refunds
In cases where only part of an order qualifies for a return — for example, if one item in a multi-item order is eligible and another is not — only the qualifying item(s) will be refunded. Original delivery charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
4.4 Delivery Charges
Original delivery fees are non-refundable unless the return is a result of a fault or error on our part. If your full order is being returned due to our error, we will refund both the product cost and the original delivery fee.
5. Exchanges
If you would prefer to exchange a product rather than receive a refund, we are happy to offer this where stock is available. Follow the same return request process in Section 3 and indicate that you would like an exchange and which product you would like in return.
If the exchange item is of a higher value, you will be asked to pay the difference. If it is of a lower value, we will refund the difference to your original payment method.
6. Faulty, Damaged, or Incorrect Items
We quality-check our products before dispatch, but if something does go wrong, we will fix it — quickly and at no cost to you.
6.1 Report Within 48 Hours
If your item arrives:
- Damaged or broken
- Defective or not working as described
- Different from what you ordered
Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@beautifulme.com. Include your order number and clear photographs showing the issue.
6.2 Our Response
Once we have reviewed the evidence:
- We will offer a full replacement dispatched to you at no charge, or
- A full refund to your original payment method, including any delivery fees paid
You will not be required to return a damaged or defective item unless we specifically request it, in which case we will cover the return shipping cost.
6.3 Claims Made After 48 Hours
We are unable to accept damage or defect claims made more than 48 hours after delivery, as we cannot verify the condition of the item or the circumstances of the damage at that point.
7. Non-Returnable Items
The following products and circumstances are not eligible for return or refund under any conditions:
Beautiful Me Hair Care Products
- Any product with a broken or missing seal
- Products that have been opened, applied, or tested in any way
- Products returned without original packaging or labelling
Glamour Hair — Wigs and Extensions
- Wigs, extensions, bundles, or closures that have been worn, even once
- Hair that has been washed, styled, cut, coloured, or chemically treated
- Items from which tags or packaging have been removed
For hygiene and safety reasons, we strictly cannot accept returns on any hair product that has made contact with the scalp or been worn in any capacity.
Beautywarehouse — Salon Supplies
- Tools or equipment that show signs of use, wear, or installation
- Items damaged due to misuse or failure to follow manufacturer instructions
- Consumable or single-use items once removed from sealed packaging
All Brands
- Items purchased during a sale, clearance, or promotional event (unless faulty)
- Items purchased as part of a bundle or gift set, unless the entire bundle is returned in full and unopened
- Gift cards and store credit vouchers
- Items returned without prior written authorisation from us
- Items returned after the 7-day window has passed
8. Items Returned Without Authorisation
Any item sent back to us without first receiving written return authorisation will not be accepted. We reserve the right to:
- Refuse delivery of unauthorised returns
- Return the item to the sender at their own expense
- Decline any associated refund or exchange request

9. Return Shipping Costs
Unless your item is faulty, damaged, or was sent to you in error, the cost of return shipping is your responsibility. We recommend:
- Using a courier service that offers tracking and proof of delivery
- Retaining your shipping receipt until your refund or exchange has been confirmed
We are not responsible for items lost, stolen, or damaged while in transit back to us. Selecting a trackable and insured shipping method protects you in the event of a transit issue.
If your return is due to our error — a wrong item, a defective product, or damaged packaging — we will cover the full cost of return shipping.
10. Wholesale and Bulk Orders
Returns on wholesale or bulk purchases are assessed on a case-by-case basis. If you are a wholesale buyer or distributor and have an issue with your order, please contact us directly at support@beautifulme.com so we can review the situation and find an appropriate resolution.
Standard return conditions (7-day window, unopened and unused) still apply to wholesale purchases unless a separate wholesale agreement specifying different terms is in place.
11. Consumer Rights Under Ghanaian Law
Nothing in this Refund and Returns Policy removes or limits your statutory rights as a consumer under Ghanaian law, including protections provided under the Consumer Protection Act, 2012 (Act 843) and any other applicable legislation. If you feel your statutory rights have not been respected, you have the right to contact the relevant regulatory authority in Ghana.
