2.1 Eligibility

By using this website, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age, or that you are accessing the website under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian who has agreed to these Terms on your behalf.

You agree to use this website only for lawful purposes. You must not:

  • Use the website in any way that violates applicable Ghanaian or international law
  • Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the website, its servers, or any database connected to it
  • Transmit any unsolicited or unauthorised advertising or promotional material (spam)

We make every effort to ensure that product descriptions, prices, and images on our website are accurate and up to date. However, we do not guarantee that all content is free from errors. We reserve the right to correct any inaccuracies and update information at any time without prior notice.

Product images are for illustrative purposes only. Colours and packaging may vary slightly from the images shown.

3. Products

3.1 Product Availability

All products listed on our website are subject to availability. We reserve the right to limit quantities, discontinue products, or remove listings at any time without notice.

If a product you have ordered becomes unavailable after your order is placed, we will notify you as soon as possible and offer either a substitute, a store credit, or a full refund.

3.2 Beautiful Me Hair Care Products

Beautiful Me products are formulated for hair care and styling use. They are manufactured locally in Ghana and are intended for external use only. Always read the product label before use. If you experience any adverse reaction, discontinue use immediately and seek medical advice if necessary.

3.3 Glamour Hair — Wigs and Extensions

Wigs, extensions, and hair products sold under the Glamour Hair brand are described as accurately as possible on their respective product pages, including hair type (human hair or synthetic), style, length, and colour. Due to the nature of hair products, items that have been worn, altered, or washed cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.

3.4 Beautywarehouse — Salon Supplies

Salon tools and supplies sold under the Beautywarehouse brand are intended for professional and personal use. We are not responsible for any damage caused by misuse, improper handling, or failure to follow manufacturer instructions.

4. Pricing

4.1 Currency

All prices on our website are displayed in Ghanaian Cedis (GHS / ₵) unless otherwise stated.

4.2 Price Changes

We reserve the right to change our prices at any time. The price applicable to your order is the price displayed at the time you complete your purchase. Price changes will not affect orders that have already been confirmed.

4.3 Errors in Pricing

In the event that a product is listed at an incorrect price due to a typographical error or system fault, we reserve the right to cancel or refuse orders placed at the incorrect price, even after an order confirmation has been sent. We will notify you of the error and offer you the option to reorder at the correct price or receive a full refund.

4.4 Promotions and Discounts

Discount codes and promotional offers are subject to their own terms, cannot be combined unless stated, and are only valid for the period specified. We reserve the right to withdraw any promotion at any time.

5. Orders and Payment

5.1 Placing an Order

By placing an order on our website, you are making an offer to purchase the selected products under these Terms. Your order is not confirmed until you receive an order confirmation email from us.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion — including in cases of suspected fraud, pricing errors, or product unavailability.

5.2 Order Confirmation

Once your order is successfully placed and payment is received, you will receive an order confirmation to the email address provided. Please keep this confirmation for your records.

5.3 Payment

Payment for all orders must be made in full at the time of purchase. We accept the following payment methods:

  • Mobile Money (MoMo)
  • Visa and Mastercard
  • Other payment options displayed at checkout

All payments are processed securely through our third-party payment processor. We do not store, access, or retain your card or Mobile Money details. Payment is subject to the terms of our payment processor.

5.4 Failed or Declined Payments

If your payment is declined, your order will not be processed. Please check your payment details and try again, or contact your bank or mobile money provider for assistance. We are not responsible for charges or fees applied by your payment provider.

6. Delivery

6.1 Delivery Locations

We offer delivery across Ghana and to select African countries. Delivery availability for specific countries or regions outside Ghana will be indicated at checkout.

6.2 Delivery Timeframes

We aim to process and dispatch all orders within 14 business days of receiving confirmed payment. Delivery timeframes vary depending on your location and are provided as estimates only — they are not guaranteed.

Estimated delivery times:

  • Within Accra: 0-3 business days
  • Other regions in Ghana: 1-4 business days
  • Other African countries: 7-14 business days

6.3 Delivery Charges

Delivery fees are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size. Any applicable delivery charges will be clearly displayed before you complete your purchase.

6.4 Delivery Address

You are responsible for providing an accurate and complete delivery address. We are not liable for orders that are lost, delayed, or undeliverable due to an incorrect address provided at checkout. Additional charges may apply to re-dispatch such orders.

6.5 Risk and Ownership

Ownership of and risk in the products pass to you at the point of delivery. Once your order has been delivered to the address provided, responsibility for the goods transfers to you.

6.6 Delays

We are not responsible for delivery delays caused by circumstances outside our control, including but not limited to courier delays, natural events, public holidays, or disruptions to postal services.

7. Returns and Refunds

7.1 Return Eligibility Window

We accept return requests made within 7 days of the delivery date. Any return request made after this period will not be accepted.

7.2 Condition of Returned Items

To be eligible for a return or exchange, products must be:

  • Unopened — original seal must be intact
  • Unused — products that have been opened, tested, applied, worn, or altered in any way are not eligible for return
  • In their original packaging, including any labels, inserts, and protective wrapping

For hygiene and safety reasons, we are unable to accept returns on any product that has been opened or used. This applies to all product categories across Beautiful Me, Glamour Hair, and Beautywarehouse.

7.3 How to Request a Return

  • Your full name
  • Order number or order confirmation email
  • The product(s) you wish to return
  • Images of the state of the product(s)
  • The reason for the return

Do not return any item without first receiving written authorisation from us. Unauthorised returns will not be processed.

7.4 Return Shipping

Unless the item is faulty or was sent in error by us, the cost of returning the product to us is your responsibility. We recommend using a trackable delivery method, as we cannot be held responsible for items lost in transit during return.

7.5 Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of our decision within 7 business days. If the return is approved:

  • Refunds will be processed to your original payment method
  • Please allow 3-14 business days for the refund to reflect in your account, depending on your bank or mobile money provider

7.6 Faulty or Incorrect Items

If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or not what you ordered, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographic evidence. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you. This does not affect your statutory rights.

7.7 Non-Returnable Items

The following cannot be returned under any circumstances:

  • Opened or used hair care products (Beautiful Me range)
  • Wigs, extensions, or bundles that have been worn, washed, cut, or styled (Glamour Hair range)
  • Items purchased on sale or as part of a promotional bundle, unless faulty
  • Gift cards or store credit vouchers

8. Wholesale and Distributor Customers

We welcome wholesale purchases and distribution partnerships through our Wholesalers Corner and Beautywarehouse channels.

Wholesale buyers are subject to the same Terms as retail customers unless a separate wholesale or distributor agreement has been signed between both parties. In the event of a conflict between these Terms and a signed wholesale agreement, the signed agreement will take precedence.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including but not limited to the Beautiful Me, Glamour Hair, and Beautywarehouse brand names, logos, product names, photographs, written copy, and website design — is the intellectual property of Beautiful Me or its licensors and is protected under applicable copyright and trademark law.

You may not reproduce, copy, distribute, republish, modify, or commercially exploit any content from this website without our express prior written permission. Sharing our content on social media for non-commercial purposes (e.g. reposting a product photo with credit) is permitted and appreciated.

10. User-Generated Content

If you submit reviews, comments, photos, or any other content to our website or tag us on social media, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual licence to use, share, and display that content across our website and social media channels for marketing and promotional purposes, with or without attribution.

You confirm that any content you submit is your own, does not infringe the rights of any third party, and does not contain anything unlawful, defamatory, or offensive.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by Ghanaian law:

  • We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss or damage arising from your use of our website or products
  • Our total liability to you for any claim arising from a purchase shall not exceed the amount you paid for the product(s) in question.
  • We are not responsible for any loss or damage caused by your failure to follow product instructions or usage guidelines

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud, or any other matter that cannot be excluded by law.

13. Dispute Resolution

We take customer satisfaction seriously and will always try to resolve any issue fairly and efficiently. If you have a complaint or dispute:

Step 2 — Mediation or Arbitration If a dispute cannot be resolved through direct communication within 14 days, both parties agree to attempt resolution through mediation or arbitration before pursuing legal action. The mediator or arbitrator shall be mutually agreed upon by both parties.

Step 3 — Legal Proceedings If mediation or arbitration does not resolve the dispute, either party may pursue the matter through the courts of Ghana, and these Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Ghana.

14. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update or amend these Terms at any time. Changes will take effect immediately upon being posted to this page, with the “Last Updated” date revised accordingly. Your continued use of the website after any changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
